  Шилжүүлэн ачих терминал нь Тавантолгойн бүлэг ордоос төмөр замын тээврээр ачигдсан чингэлэгтэй ачааг вагоноос автомашинд, вагоноос вагонд шилжүүлэн ачих боломжтой, талбайд хадгалах, экспортын тээвэртэй холбоотой бичиг баримтын бүрдүүлэлт, төлбөр тооцоог хийх нэг цэгийн үйлчилгээ бүхий 24 цагийн тасралтгүй үйл ажиллагаатай байгууламж юм.
    Уг терминалыг нийт 74 га талбайд 2 үе шаттай хөгжүүлэхээр төлөвлөж байгаа ба 1-р үе шатыг 2022 оны 7-р сард ашиглалтад оруулна. Терминалын талбай нь бүхэлдээ гаалийн хяналтын бүсээр зарлагдсан, хяналтын бүсийн шаардлагыг бүрэн хангасан, үндсэн хэсэг буюу ачилт буулгалтын талбай, гаалийн хяналт шалгалтын  хэсэг, ачаатай 1600, чингэлэгтэй 400 машиныг 1 зэрэг зогсоох багтаамжтай байх юм. 
   2-р үе шат буюу 2 дахь чингэлгийн талбайн барилгын ажлыг 2024 онд эхлүүлж, 2025 онд ашиглалтад оруулахаар төлөвлөсөн. Хоёр талбайн нийлбэр хүчин чадал нь жилийн  25 сая.тн, 5600 TEU чингэлгийн багтаамжтай болж, ингэснээр 118 орон тоо нэмэгдэн, нийт 285 байнгын ажлын байрыг бий болгоно.
